Poker Hands Rankings
This list of 5-card poker hands is ranked from the best possible poker hand to the worst.
1. Royal Flush
A royal flush is 10-J-Q-K-A that is all of the same suit.
2. Straight Flush
A straight flush is five cards of the same suit, in order, such as A-2-3-4-5 of spades.
3. Four of a Kind
Four of the same card, such as 10-10-10-10-A.
4. Full House
A full house is three of a kind plus a pair, such as J-J-J-10-10.
5. Flush
Five cards all of the same suit, but not in any particular order, such as 2-4-6-8-10 of clubs.
6. Straight
A straight is five cards in a row, such as 6-7-8-9-10, but not all of the same suit.
7. Three of a Kind
Three cards of the same number or rank, such as 2-2-2.
8. Two Pair
Two pairs of cards of the same number or rank, such as 9-9-6-6.
9. One Pair
Two cards that match, such as A-A.
10. High Card
If no one has any of the above hands, the player with the highest card in their hand wins.
